1. Get An Offer

Once you submit all the details about the watch or jewelry you would like to sell, an associate will send you an initial quotation within 1-2 business days.

2. Ship Your Item

If you accept the initial quotation, carefully package your watch or jewelry using the pre-insured shipping label we sent you. Simply drop off your item at the nearest FedEx or UPS site.

3. Inspection

Once we receive your item, our master watchmaker or certified jeweler will carefully inspect it for authenticity and condition. This stage typically takes 4 days, after which we will send you a final offer.

4. Receive Payment

If you accept the final offer, we will issue you the payment either via bank wire or store credit.
